" I would say brutality, efficacy and swift afflication, and also to cast it quicker and stack up the multiplier anything of the following, spell echo or greater spell echo (pledge of hands) and unleash. Maybe also intensify could be interesting, also the large aoe at the start would kill a lot of weaker mobs which reset the multiplier, so I also am not sure how to best scale it... maybe reap is better in summoned totems, so that every totem has its own bloodcharge and they may be more effective this way... So maybe exsanguinate may be the better self cast skill... and I would put the same supports in it like for reap (maybe chain could be fun for clearing).
