I was unaffected by bugs so far this league.
this "fix" is the first time I get stutters and freezes during gameplay. frametime goes crazy 100up and down. pls fix this fix or revert. |

" Same shit happend last league, they tried to "fix" some performance issues and texture streaming, which didn't cause my any troubles, and for a week or so after that patch i had constant disgusting fps drops.
