I would assume it’s PDT, so almost the next day for Europe... or even the next day. Ultimatum ends at 12am for me.

PDT = Pacific Daylight Time = UTC -7h = -9h in germany

" oh ive just seen, ive misstyped change AM with PM in my orignial post, but you are still wrong yes PDT is UTC -7, germany on the other hand is UTC +2 (currently because of summer time, normally +1) so its not minus, its plus... which results in midnight...
