https://pastebin.com/dndpDPBj Build done :) level 19 gems 18 mio dps i like :) the es mastery stun based es is so insane <3 but need a other boots idea. just 50 % movement is really low :( it just annoys me that a Quicksilver Flask is apparently not working due to the boots. had tested it once but the movement stayed the same. The extra anoint they offer is pretty big though and i basically just move with frostblink anyway. Last league I tested some Tailwind boots etc and they all seemed way worse. Hi, I will turn to you with a question. I absolutely don't understand how this happens - I read the chat, everyone writes what a strong build. I play myself - one disappointment. Yes, I'm not in the final assembly yet, I don't have full clusters and expensive gems, but a total of almost 7k ES and up to 8k mana. I just go to the map and burst out of everything. Bossing is meeeh at first.
