after a painful leveling experience I've hit 69 and can start to respec into this.
One thing I'm noticing is why do we take the static static blows wheel and lightning mastery if we're running ele focus and can't shock to begin with? I'm also findig it difficult to think I'll be resistance capped with only 2 rings a belt. That'll be interesting. I noticed OP is not even running discipline anymore but instead purity of elements. I want to try this build. Two questions:
Can you post a level 90 tree? Do you need all the cluster jewels for this build to work? I guess this would kind of tie into the first question, maybe only 1 clutter set up at level 90? I don’t know what the priority of talent allocation is. Thanks. Looking forward to it. | |

Wouldn't taking the ES mastery for stun threshold based on ES instead of life be better than 3% mana as ES just so you could then drop soul of brine king and use something else?
