Are they just forgetting about Block Chance Reduction support gem or what...? https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Block_Chance_Reduction_Support
It grants "Enemies have -(20-29)% chance to Dodge Attack or Spell Hits from Supported Skills" So what is it going to grant now instead of that? Spell suppression? More block? Also, if you're removing dodge from the player is it gone now from the mobs also? Would only seem fair. People's logic on here:
