Game Mechanics Q&A

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but I am very curious about how you generate loot!

In POE there are HUNDREDS of items that can drop from every single enemy that you encounter and slay, and there tends to be hundreds of enemies in every map, how do you determine what things it ends up dropping after being slain? Anything from the common gloves to the rarest currencies.
The main question about game mechanics is

WHEN WILL GGG CREATE A WEBSITE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT GAME MECHANICS???


So we won't need to spend HOURS of our time searching for answers on the net.

Why won't you add dummies, so that we can test these mechanics ourselves?
If the point of Evasion is to avoid as many hits as possible with life as a buffer between the evasions.

my question is inherently not about that fact tho, as i kinda feel that the way evasion work seem like a big gamble, one day you gona get smacked dead anyway, whatever you do, even with 100000 evasion. while that's hardly the case with armour ass you can combo it with leech, regen, or life on block style mechanic to mitigate minor damage. the only compareable mecanic for evasion is recoup, petrified blood, ghost shroud or gale force (wind ward)

whould a rework of evasion be in order that involve a petrified blood effect, maybe combo that with some recoup. to counter that possibility. that whould make leech or regen be a good filler between hits as well, same as it is for armour.

for lack of better comparison, a tank Monk in World of warcraft. mitigates damage to over time effect and deal with it that way. it whould provide evasion with a nich talent vs over time effects in general, but still make its overwhelm-able.

i just have a feeling that evasion still need a full rework from the random casino that is always was, and still is (even if it fails less now, it will, eventually, fail)

Why is GGG as a company so focused on making Game Mchanics unfun for players and only fixing stuff after massive community outcry, are you just that bad at testing and judging your player base or is it intentional malice to just frustrate the heck out of us ?
What "rarity" on gear and maps actually does?

Does it increase the chances of getting a unique item?
Does it increase the chances of getting better tiers in the magic/rare drops?
Recently you added the uber forbidden flame and flesh that make you take 90% chaos as elemental damage, how does this jewel interact with the Incandescent heart unique body armour? Which is the armour that makes you take elemental damage as chaos damage.

Youre not satisfied with all the endgame content and leagues, diablo doesnt even approach? i mean that is challenging enough, and you still have past leagues content around outside atlas.
Diablo 2 > Diablo 1 > Diablo 4 > Diablo > Torchlight > Titan Quest > Grim Dawn > Diablo Immortal > Path of Exile 2 > Path of Exile.
