" You'd be shocked, but I bet they won't dare to make POE2 like that with cringe black bars, and instead contain the visibility in one of the civilized ways described here dozens of times. " More pay? Awesome! It's not about 'defending everything GGG does' but keeping it fair for everyone. Widescreen inherently giving an advantage is awful for 'regular screen enjoyers' It's very much in line with GGG's philosophy on why you can't change the UI either.
