What's "Massively" mean?
Just give a number. Delete league content bonus is a bad design. The investment of scarabs and deli orbs looks meaningless now. The loot system is completely broken and this is not enough. |

Lets say the baseline before was 1. After the loot changes, it became 0.1.

idk. But i like the quick response. as long as i get decent (and i stress DECENT) reward drops from any archnem rare monster, id be ok. the fact that you still can encounter a mod on an archnem monster that just counters your build so much just to increase time fighting them doesnt seem to fit the total motif.
yes we needed a buff to drops. SnapOW's vid proves that with out a doubt. it seems like with the addition of archnemesis - there should be some sort of chance at higher than average something, or a guarenteed something. If im spending a few minutes killing a rare monster (but can delete the map boss) then i should be at least getting a chance at SOMETHING. overall.... needs more testing. this will take time. Im still gonna keep playing. im having a blast this league. like i do every league. im not a content creator or no lifing the game or have played for a long time - but seeing the changes in the economy - i do feel the impact of these loot drops and archnem mods. |

After I saw a clip with empy, it was clearly shown that drop rate was decreased by 2-4 times. And now you increase it by 25%? Hello? Anybody home?

Happy to see this! I have been having fun in the league and making things even more improved based on feedback is what expected. This is why I believe in GGG. I hope ggg does not go back on this even if the group juicers quit.

Many of these changes are well received, but I have to worry. There's no addressment of map sustain issues some people are having, nor is there any concessions on the raw, oppressive difficult archnemesis rares pose (aside from in Harvest).
Many Archnemesis mods are hitting us not in raw HP, but in EHP boosting defensive bonuses that disproportionately affect some builds more than others. If they have mods that boost resistances to your builds, their EHP can be more than 100x higher than the base rare if enough mods stack up, and that overstresses our durability in a way that limits build diversity. Basically, if the defense isn't working all the time in a sustainable way, it loses value. From there, damage suffers as you have to retreat, and an encounter's length gets severely drawn out. Map bosses are weaker than the rares right now. This compounds for specific builds in even harsher ways, specifically minion builds that lack the ability to maintain their minions. If a veteran player can access every defensive tool and fail to maintain in a baseline T16 map, the minion they're trying to maintain doesn't exist. The damage nerfs from the 3.19 patch were fine, but the survivability nerfs need to be reverted, and it's likely even boosted baseline by more than 20% to make up for the drawn-out fights with rares that often have a higher sustained DPS than some pinnacle bosses. All that said, I can't begin to say how much I appreciate GGG's efforts on this. I hope the community's 'enthusiasm' in making clear how troubling the game had become didn't make things too difficult to them. |
