Improvements to Item Drops

Remove Archnemesis everyone will be happy.

Wonderful changes in the right direction, hopefully, it will make some people be quiet for a bit with their angry mob complaining.

We know you addressed the other issues with the league already and are working hard on fixing those in upcoming patches, and probably even more increase with some of the more basic currencies' drop rate

This doesn't save anything. You need to factor the math in, this 25% increase is AFTER it was gutted, it is not a flat 25% increase.

Pathofmath explains it pretty well

It buffs it back to a point where enough players can live it I'd suspect. Never said it was buffing it back to it's original rates.

The problem is that GGG have climbed up on the Archnemesis hill and are willing to either die on that hill or bribe enough of the player base to accept it despite how awful the change is.

Hey Chris, hope your team is allright after this shitstorm... many people forgett you guys are human to.

Wish you a great day, love your game.
Just tried playing and it still sucks. I want basic currency at a minimum and amulets to drop so I can finish chaos recipe. Then I can alch my maps and trade for some gear.

Good point, you are right. It's not so fun to meet some crazy mod rare in for example Ritual, when you aren't that strong. They should probably be
toned down in league mechanics

Don't be fooled by those numbers, it's like 10% of last league loot, what they are giving us. Those numbers don't mean anything. Rarity doesn't mean anything here, we are just getting cluttered by useless rares what loot filter anyways hides + most of uniques are useless and maybe you can sustain your alcs. This league will die and very fast if they wont fix it fast. Almost half of player base have left Kalandra league already.
Harvest changes are not enough.
Life force drops should be increased by 10x what is dropping now.
Also if You do not want us to click so many times give harvers lifeforce the same treatment you gave expedition relics(make it pick it self up)
Show us how much life force we have.

We do not need more rare drops we need more quantity of drops. If items do not drop does not matter if the rarity is increased by 10000000000% that will not change anything.

25% increase to quantity to already abysmal drops is nothing.

Those changes are literaly a carrot on a stick.
Revert the drop changes and be more transparent.

So basically anchoring tactics? The problem here isn't the loot, at least not the biggest problem. This can always be adjusted, despite the league basically dying as we speak. The biggest problem is the breach of trust,(making changes without telling your players) something that is a lot harder to rebuild and based on the comments under this post can be impossible for some players.

The ARPG genre isn't as famished as it was 3-4 years ago, one can only ask how many breaches of trust a company can survive. If 95% of the player base including most of the "shills" are telling you that what you're doing is not healthy for the game, take a hint. Old school players with tons of credibility, experience and huge fan bases are telling you that the AN mechanics are toxic - do something about it, if you don't know what sit down with the top players and ask for advice it's clear that there is some disconnect between the devs and the community's vision on the state for the game.

I'm not and will never say "the customer is always right" because that's rarely the case, but if the vast majority of your customers are telling you something is not okay, investigate the issue and show some care, don't throw random numbers and expect the players to be all positive and hyped about it, this will fool few and will annoy a lot more as we've seen.
