Ive seen the clip and know the ToS. Like I said its GGGs land so they make the rules and the wording makes it clear that it is up to their discretion to issue a ban. Otherwise we would all be perma'd for 'foul language'

You all miss the point. He said this outside of this game and forums. How is it staff abuse? It's only staff abuse if he said this in this forums or in game. While he shouldn't BM Chris, Chris/GGG shouldn't ban as well. Banning is worse because it's unfair and it only happened because he's streamer. Like I said, ban him then ban like 99% of players. Yeah. Keep comparing fake freedom speech to real freedom speech. You wouldn't like it if they banned you for some stupid thing outside of game and its forums that isn't even toxic because it's in their terms. You would be mad. Unless you would shrug it off because GGG is your big papi.

Whether it's within their rights or not have nothing to do with what I said. Honestly, it's pretty based of him to say whatever he thinks.

If they have a problem with what he said, request Twitch to ban him or even chat ban him from GGG's twitch. GGG lying about staff abuse that didn't even happen in this forums or in game is what makes me mad. At that point, it's just lying, abusing powers, and silencing. That's something I do not agree with it no matter what you all say. This is my unbreakable principle.

damn watched the vid and its ugly. i mean ggg made the game a mess, but personal insults is a no no.

i guess hes taking it too hard for not being able to craft mirror gear... im sure there is life outside of poe, budddy.

Yes GGG does look bad for banning him even with the twitch clip.

It was not said to any ggg employee, it was not said on any ggg platform, and calling someone dumb is hardly a serious offence. Almost every person in the world has called someone dumb.

Maybe they have tougher laws (or less stomach) in New Zealand? A lot of us are seeing this from a USA mentality where someone can run their mouth off on some OTHER platform and it shouldn't count against them elsewhere.
