You are getting packet loss that starts at your second hop that carries forward = bad. Call your ISP, show them your MTR and tell them that you are getting packet loss that's affecting your ability to do what you want to online.

Make your own thread next time. It's gets impossible to help people in threads like this and shit gets missed etc. And I am not going to go back through 10 pages of posts to help anyone I may have missed.

aight thanks alot
Happening all day today, 10K+ MS Spikes, renders the game unplayable atm :/
Its mad weve not heard a thing from GGG. It is literally unplayable atm
always lurking or online
same unplayable...
I started having frequent ping problems - this happens when I'm in someone else's hideout. Example: In my hideout, the ping is stable for 15ms when I open the map in the map device and go to the map, the ping starts jumping.
Sometimes when I enter into my hideout, I also start having problems with ping
Changing game server doesn't help - lockstep or predictive in settings doesn't help
i think its problem with cache
Same here, one map runs smooth, the other just instantly spikes up to 5k
the server change does not affect anything. its better for 2-5mins and then it starts again
Same issue for me i just came back to the game after a longer hiatus and it's unplayable now on EU servers, well back to Diablo for me i guess.

80.150.171.10 is a transit backbone of his ISP the DTAG. DTAG is a german tier 1 network ISP, the destination has a lower tier and has to pay for the transit, and have to pay more for better transit and a better performance. That's how transit works. His provider will say that not their fault, the problem is that the destination network provider (Tucows Domains Inc.) needs to get a "better" agreement with the DTAG.

They (GGG and their hosts) do have a "better" agreement for the first week (~approx.) every time a new league starts and they pay more for a smooth start. Then a week later or so GGG, doesn't care it anymore. As you see this threat is already 17 pages long and still not a single comment from GGG.

Just a follow up:

I asked in the Telekom Germany forum about this (for the german speakers or translators: https://tinyurl.com/bdhupwsv ). One of the "recommended solutions" by a user was to use a VPN connection. Connecting through the VPN of my university actually solved the problem.

Could you (or someone) clarify, how that prevents transit problems?

Because when using a VPN, your traffic route is changed bypassing the bad German Telekom peering points.
I've got the same issues, MTR is here: https://pastebin.com/yAG589z5

I'm on a wired connection with Telekom Germany on Frankfurt EU gateway, and have between 10 and 30% package loss @Telia in Sweden :(

literally unplayable...
