I started having frequent ping problems - this happens when I'm in someone else's hideout. Example: In my hideout, the ping is stable for 15ms when I open the map in the map device and go to the map, the ping starts jumping.
Sometimes when I enter into my hideout, I also start having problems with ping Changing game server doesn't help - lockstep or predictive in settings doesn't help i think its problem with cache |

Same here, one map runs smooth, the other just instantly spikes up to 5k
the server change does not affect anything. its better for 2-5mins and then it starts again |

Same issue for me i just came back to the game after a longer hiatus and it's unplayable now on EU servers, well back to Diablo for me i guess.

" Just a follow up: I asked in the Telekom Germany forum about this (for the german speakers or translators: https://tinyurl.com/bdhupwsv ). One of the "recommended solutions" by a user was to use a VPN connection. Connecting through the VPN of my university actually solved the problem. Could you (or someone) clarify, how that prevents transit problems? |

" Because when using a VPN, your traffic route is changed bypassing the bad German Telekom peering points. |
