I didn't understand, you got a reply 48 hours ago? And why you said "still nothing?" Can you explain it to me? Are they even answering anyone? How many days should i be expecting to lose on this shit?
i got an answer, they asked some questions about my account and since then no reply the whole week.

I'm currently in the exact same state, i got my answer today, they ask me some questions and now i have to wait for almost another week, so nobody's problem is beeing solved right? hahaha and the best part is that none of this is my fault and i did nothing wrong, sadge...
ive never had any problems with the ggg support, but now, as more player play the game, it almosts feels more and more like an indie company

Hmm, if you are trying to change e-mail on your account / recover your account then the process made by GGG management for this is, several questions via e-mail about the account to confirm that you are indeed the correct owner of the account.

Also, I think this may be handle by the "account investigation" department inside GGG and not normal support (it's a much smaller department).
So that could explain the wait.

Lastly please remember that it's GGG management that allocate "manpower" to GGG department.......
