ive never had any problems with the ggg support, but now, as more player play the game, it almosts feels more and more like an indie company

" Hmm, if you are trying to change e-mail on your account / recover your account then the process made by GGG management for this is, several questions via e-mail about the account to confirm that you are indeed the correct owner of the account. Also, I think this may be handle by the "account investigation" department inside GGG and not normal support (it's a much smaller department). So that could explain the wait. Lastly please remember that it's GGG management that allocate "manpower" to GGG department....... |
