Bought the $59.99 founders pack on dic 6 uppond release when i've try to download i had to buy the pack right there and then so i could download POE2 i was at work that night so i use the ps app in order to make the purchase since i had left my ps5 on rest mode the following day once the servers where up and running i realised that the rewards from the founders pack are not in the in game accout soni proceed to go in the in game store looking for the pack and is like i never bought it in the first place looked every where but i don't have the 600 coins of in game currency a im a little dissapointed cause i cant claim my founders pack.

i have an question my game is bugging and lagging and i have a good PC for POE2.
Can somebody help me?

I looking for help its boring to play POE2 like this, its a good game and its very cool but this is too much the lags are choking me.
