I can verify, deleting the c:\users\appdata\roaming\path of exile folder and then relaunching fixed it for me in Lutris on Linux.

I added --nopatch --debug --verbose (guessing one of the last two to get more info). I had a problem when playing from behind vpn. When I found the login server paths. I added the two sites to be allowed but then got message I was blocked. Had to validate with code they sent in email to login again. Hope this helps the next person. You can find the logs under the path for the shortcut to the game.

Removed every trace of the program
Flushed DNS
Reset the network
Reinstalled

You do realise that today's PoE 2 issue was because the servers were OFFLINE for an extended period of time due to the patch rollback?
