POE builds are overcomplicated mess.

" I know, and it's nothing wrong by community members developing items. The whole game is core-built from the start, it's not for new players that is why the seasons are alive a month and then the game is dead again. Basically: Few builds/patterns to follow and to play for new players, which most of them end up pay2win and after few weeks uninstall. Core players zoom it without any effort or skills at all, run few sanctums and get few mirrors to min/max and wait few months for next season (rince and repeat). Wow! Clap clap, very GG. |

" I don't think making personal OP toy spending developer's time is good in general. It is like some crybaby wants a candy and the developer has stop all his tasks to make it just to promote the game. Nobody cares how the new implemented thing affects the game's health. The game has a lot of issues, including the ones you described above, but the time (and money) spent on marketing and promotion. |

" It is not bad. It is average Diablo clone, but not Diablo. But PoE is not Diablo 2 level either. My personal problem with PoE is the following: I return to the game, start playing some char 93 level, which has 70% full experience bar. So I decide to get new level. I start to play and die, loosing 10%. I try to be more careful, drop all game side mechanics. Still die. Start to play blue maps, then white maps, then don't go to bosses - it doesn't matter, the game always find a way to kill my char with tonns of leech, immune almost to everything, including bleeding, and so on. I just grind around this 70% for weeks, 70%-85%-75%-65%-75%... only 9-10 lvl maps, then got enraged and quit. In Diablo 2 you always feel that things go south before you actually die. In PoE you doing 5 maps, you health bar not even bulge once from full, then you go to the same six map, running through the same routine, boom, dead in one second. " Would not see it that way, the game is huge and expanding with new builds here and then. If a core player from 2012(let's say), comes up with an idea for one item that will maybe contribute or even complete the missing piece in some build he/she has been working on for months, I mean why not? Game is complex and has massive range in unique items. We can say all we want, bla bla bla but we still play it :p |

" That is like saying that contemporary formula 1 wheels are just a copy of the first guy who carved a wheel out of a rock. A copy would imply that it merely took everything that was already created and added nothing to it, and that's just dishonest. The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" Diablo 4 is not bad, it's gigabad. Don't know what to tell you about your gaming experience, sounds like you are having a lot of fun! |
|
" I remember when first Diablo was released, it was pain in the butt because it required Windows 95, while everybody was playing Quake on DOS. Diablo 4 is not bad, it is average game. At least better than Diablo 3. I played only free version with 20 level cup, will buy it eventually with expansion on big sale. |

" If you spent a lot of time on leveling did you try to figure out what happened in particular cases of the death? If something went wrong, there must some reason for that? We have a lot of examples of reaching level 100 on HC on way more harder content. If someone else could do that, so you also can do. If you can't figure out what you are doing wrong, feel free to ask on the forums, show your character, vids, describe situation in details and save a lot of your time. |

" If you haven't figured it out yet, this entire thread is a "it's not me, it's the game's fault" The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
