Maybe it's just me, but POE is anything but an immersive RPG to me and those i play with - heck I play with the minimap open like 99% of the time, not looking at my char or caring what it's saying. Just doesn't seem like it matters at all to me considering what kind of game this is. It's one thing in a game where we're expected to get invested emotionally into our characters, but i'd find poe no less fun if my char were literally just the items floating around an invisible genderless ghost.
