New patch bricked poe on mac

Dl’d whatever patch/hotfix dropped last night, game is bricked at 1 fps everywhere now. CPU running at 1020 ms.

Fresh download and install, same.

Apparently it works in windowed mode only???

As soon as I go back to fullscreen it bricks.

Still experiencing massive cpu spikes on Mac. Fresh installs do nothing. Turning down all the graphics worked for a little while, but now it’s back to garbage.

Do y’all even care about this game anymore?

try going fullscreen from the login screen, like before character selection. that seems to be the only way i can do full screen on my mbp

I’m on a couple-year-old upgraded mac. I’m not on a laptop or a potato.

Going to fullscreen from window during the login screen worked a couple weeks ago, now it doesn’t.

Multiple people on Macs having the same problem. it’s pretty clear that they don’t give a shit about a large portion of their player base.

+1 Now latest patch completely bricked the game. Doesn't even launch via steam and other a lot of users have this problem.

Great game goes from 2-5 fps for mac users to 0 fps.
Sad. Since I bought points for this game and happy to support you, GGG, make it work. Nothing but fair.
