Still not converting to Blight-Ravaged maps, last map I had 3 T14+ Blighted maps that should have been converted and dropped from Blight chest rewards, no other mechanic used that could interfere:

T16 Map
Blight Scarab
Harvest Scarab
Cartography Scarab of Escalation
Blight Scarab of Blooming

Still not working as the wording says, plenty of regular Tier14+ blighted maps instead of Blight-Ravaged when the scarab of blooming is consumed.

Would be good to have an official response as to where this is indeed a bug or if we're being misled by the wording

using only the blight nodes in the atlas passives and no other scarab aside from the blooming one, which is being consumed upon opening a map.

Edited to add some screenshots I took today(August 23 2024) as evidence.

This is probably related to a problem with Influencing Scarab of Conversion. I've tried both quant and rarity (via Meticulous Appraiser) with the Influencing Scarab of Conversion. It's worth 1c because it's basically (hopefully) a quant and nothing else. It doesn't seem to be doing anything for dropped maps, after a hundred scarabs the rate of converted maps is baseline.
