Blight Scarab of Blooming not converting maps

Can confirm, still an issue. Dropped a Tier 16 Blighted Cold River map from a mob while using the Blight Scarab of Blooming.

Another post for the bugged Blooming scarab. I have every blight atlas node allocated except for Cassia's Pride.
Scarabs ran are 3x Titanic Scarab of Treasures, 1x Blight Scarab of Blooming, 1x Titanic Scarab  |
