Blightspawn not working properly(i assume)

This has been broken since it was introduced.

I can get that the lane with only blight bosses is not supposed to give you extra boxes (even if the notable doesn't say that, it makes sense).
But if no nodes with boss symbols are getting upgraded ever, then this should be looked at, GGG.
