is there a way to avoid shipment hijack?

i usually send out a shipment shortly before i log out for the day and when i log back in i always have to do the admiral fight. its like the game purposely waits for me to log off for the day before it pauses my progress with the hijack. is there a way to avoid this stupid fight every time i send out a shipment? ? all my crew are rank 10. i thought this reduces the risk? the hijack always happens when i'm not logged in, which is the annoying part because my progress gets paused.

because it pauses my progress. when i log back in i just want to collect my rewards and send out the next shipment NOt do the fight and wait 3 more hours for the shipment to finally finish. if the hijack happens when i'm logged in then sure i dont mind,but it always happens after i log out

" 3 hours if i'm doing port quotas someplace else. i try to do ribben fell most of the time but progress gets paused there also i already quit my mappers because i got sick of this crap. as soon as i log off one of them would die and nothing would get done for the 12 hours |

For mappers it really is the horror but sice I only do riben fell it's only a few minutes for shipments so I really love the admiral. :)

I would prefer somethin that is affecting other events than Admiral - like "whole cargo evaporated" or "half got lost".
