Yeah, I also had to switch Vulkan to DX12 in the config file just to launch the game on Nvidia/Wayland.

It's kind of a shame because once Vulkan runs it gives much smoother framerates.
The Vulkan crashes always happen on startup and on some of my systems in the map loading screens as well.
