Bro - Australia is far.

" In reality though, this will be a big opening for knock off companies to sell bootlegged merch. |

" That my man, realy made my day :D The total shippment (shipping/tax/duty) for the actual Supporter Pack (2024 PoE2 EA) can go UP TO !! 266.37$ !! for Germany.
Please GGG talk to your distributor and get some better deal! |

I really wanted the Art Book but with these shipping prices I will skip it along with the other two tiers. I don't mind the long wait times we had previously and everything arrived eventually.

So size seems to matter for shipping cost.
Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack shipping to Australia. 3XL Hoody + 3XL T shirt = USD $101.01. 3XL Hoody + XXL Tshirt = USD $46.16. I haven't decided if I will buy it yet but I thought it was interesting that changing the T Shirt size down made the shipping 50% cheaper. They should at least provide actual measurements for the clothes. Sometimes an XXL from one manufacturer is bigger than an 3XL from another. |

Its like $14 US to ship to the UK so I can only assume these are shipping direct from the manufacturer probably in Europe somewhere

" https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3587952/ " Jenn_GGG confirmed shipping is from an American distributor. Big sad :( Last edited by PropaneMilo#1279 on Dec 5, 2024, 7:05:07 PM

I am in US, and shipping was $68.22. Due to that high price as shipping with-in the US is usually less than $10 for book/shirts, my guess is that the origin is somewhere outside the US.
(edit) I just saw GGG's reply further up. I truly don't know why US -> US shipping prices are so high. Last edited by AlaskanDruid#4306 on Dec 5, 2024, 7:11:27 PM

My shipping cost was $26 the warehouse is in the USA so if your outside of the USA your stuff has to be shipped via air or boat which costs tons of money.
They are most likely doing priority shipping which means fast shipments but at like a 400% mark-up. I think an option for priority or regular would be beneficial for players who don't mind waiting a couple months or those who don't mind forking out more cash for a faster delivery. |

" Regarding your edit, I feel somewhat mollified that everyone is getting screwed by the shipping. While I want to blame the distributor for the insane shipping prices, lets not forget that the distributor only has that opportunity because GGG gave them the business. Accountability for this falls on GGG. They are the ones who gave the distributor the contract. If I'm being pragmatic, it could be that Tencent had pre-existing distribution contracts and GGG have to comply with that as a subsidiary. But either way, the loyal players who are trying to support GGG via these packs are ones getting squeezed on shipping. This isn't very cash money of you, GGG. |
