Path of Exile 2 Early Access Twitch Drops

IS there a way to equip this pet during early access? And if so, how? I also can't find any supporter pack items I bought for $60. I know it just came out today but as of right now I've been scammed.

Not sure if asked, but no where in game or here do I see where in game to find the Chimera or Twitch Drop items. Also, LOWER the difficulty devs! At Level 8 mobs should not be this hard!

Is there a place I can ask about why two of the three twitch drop show up on my PoE2? Got all three redeemed on twitch (chimera included) but that one is not showing up to equip.

So the 2 MTX drops tied to watch time are stuck on a single streamer. What does "3 hours of accumulated watch time" mean? Other channels don't refresh the progress so I'm stuck.

I have Twitch connected to Path of Exile and have received drops before, but for some reason I am not getting any progress from any streamer, including Ziz, Pohx, Raxx etc. I have at least 6 hours accumulated, but no drops.

How do I get the twitch drops items on PS5? Already connected my twitch to poe and claimed it as well.

I bought 2 subs and claimed the pet on twitch but sadly it's not showing up ingame. I got the other 2 twitch drops though so the accounts are linked properly.
