I received the chimera without issue but I still have not received the helm and flask in game. Its been 12+ hours since I claimed them on twitch. What is the problem here?

Can you at least keep the chimera pet exclusive? Back when I tested ESO they gave us a pet that I have to this day that was never made available again, feels nice, like "I was there during EA". Sucks thst you'll make it available to everyone.

I had no issue claiming the other rewards, but decided to sub to 2 streamers for the chimera pet yesterday. Claimed it from inventory, but have not received it in game.....
