can you respec ascendency point or not?
they said you cant respec ascendencys so "classes" i guess but points you can change?

Correct. You can move points around within the Ascendency that you've chosen (usually for a higher cost than you would use for respecing normal points on the tree). But once you decide on an Ascendency tree you cannot later switch to a different Ascendency tree.

body armour is just the chest item in POE1 terms.
