Path of Exile 2 - Ascendancy Classes in Early Access

Only infernalist seems to have anything related to minions which is a bit sad and even that's a bit vague "minions do 20% extra damage as fire on a wednesday if it's raining". Clearly other classes are designed to do a role but no nerco is strange.
Hopefully minions aren't a complete joke. |

Do attributes/travel nodes count as "small passives" for the 50% Titan bonus?

For the Titan, are small passive skills relating to the entire skill tree or just the ascendancy?
