I got an initial reply when I made the request, asking for transaction information, nothing since then. It's been two weeks now since I sent in the follow-up information.

i have a similar issue, early access got put on the account i am currently playing and all currency/other items from my supporter pack got put on an old account i dont even play..been a month and got one reply asking for account info i have already given and nothing else in several weeks..would be nice to be able to buy stash tabs..

I have a similar issue, I had an Xbox account with PoE2 EA purchased, linked my steam account and now none of my characters show up in Xbox PoE2.

I already contacted support because I’d also bought some coins for stash tabs and I really hope i didn’t lose all of it

Still no update on this. This is very frustrating for a game I spent $100 on.

So are we ever going to get the items that we paid for? Really feels like I have had my money stolen at this point.
