" poe 2 has some really busted interactions. https://poe2db.tw/us/The_Everlasting_Gaze Everlasting gaze has "gain 20-30% of maximum mana as extra max energy shield. This applies AFTER EB. so convert your ES on gear to mana, which doesn't scale with increased es passives, but does scale with gear increased ES. get yourself 2-5k mana. then gaze gives you lets say 25% of that for 500-1250 ES. which then does scale with ES passives. easy to get +100% or so.. giving you 1000-2500 ES. which then you can double again with grim feast. 2000-5000 ES shield.. for some reason they are reporting Mental toughness is not working with spells. |

Passive tree/gear: https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/goe840v6 3.2k ES, 4.4k mana, 450 mana/s, 352 mana on kill (8%). - Six-linked Blasphemy and CoC. - Frostbolt has 80% chance to crit with Ambush against Full Life means 80% chance to trigger Mana Flare. - Respecced most of monk area for templar once more. Got 1k ES from Calibration wheel. - New sceptre, gloves, and helmet. Need to upgrade the sceptre just once more to fit Clarity. - Lucky corruption on body - 1 more socket - 903 ES now. - Acceleration -> Arcane Tempo on frostbolt bc of dropping Snakepit. Frostbolt screams for more castpeed. - Grim Feast is OP af. Screams to get nerfed. Like Archmage. - CoC is significantly better than CoF as it is for now. I don't think I need Conservative Casting by how it looks. It offers me to cast 7.1 frost bombs per mana pool, w/o it - 6.7. Same goes for more slow. I just headbutting them already. Getting frozen is ok. lehmip#5825, Casia answered everything right. Went with Arcane Blossom. Fairly cheap in comparison to most of the good things you listed. Malice is an Aura. how does increased aura effect work for that?
not more stacks.. but, is the effect per stack increased? |

" Nope, it's an aura that apply debuff that cannot be scaled with aura effect. Blasphemy transforms curse into an aura, so it can be scaled. Critical Weakness is still a debuff, not an aura itself. Last edited by monik390#5560 on Dec 29, 2024, 2:46:07 PM

Can confirm that CI is buggy with Mental Toughness. When I remove CI, I see the mana cost reduction.
