Hard crashing PC locks up

Been having the same issuse. My pc crashed 3 times yesterday while doing the campaign on my Sorc. Seems as you say when you change zone, in this case it happend when i used my portal, this is very frustrating and im fearfull about it damaging my PC!

It's insane, I've messaged technical support and the response I was given doesn't even acknowledge the developer working on the issue. I've stopped playing 2 weeks ago to avoid damaging my pc. I wish I could refund the game at this point.

Latest hotfix that was supposed to help with the issue, made it worse.. now the freeze and lockup happens straight up when launching the game.. so can't even login now

After recent update I got more hard crashes - they were gone for some time now. It happens only why entering new istance/location and happens when I use secondary monitor

It happend less to me when i didnt used the image scaling of Nvidia and certain other settings from Nvidia. So selct the NIS default one to see if it reduces the crashes. THe only nvidia setting i have on is Nvidia reflex. The rest is all default settings.

One really weird tip when you have 2 screens.
When it has trouble loading, swipe your mouse to the other screen. Weirdly enough this prevents it from crashing it a lot of times lol. I know it shouldnt be like that but it works for me.

I still can't play the game because of crashes. I was hopping they hotfixed it but this doesn't seem to be solved.

Now happens on login loading screen. Can't enter charachter selection menu.

Is this ever going to be resolved? I hope someone mentions this issue in their livestream tomorrow. This is a VERY big problem, especially for us ryzen 9 users where the 24H2 windows update fixed the core-parking issues and is required to actually utilize a 700$ CPU. I do not just game on my PC.

Please just give us an update at least? This is getting ridiculous.

I'm not a developer but THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE GUYS! THIS SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY NO???

I'm going to have to start revert back to a previous windows update to play POE2 and upgrade back to the newest update to work and play other games and enjoy this new CPU I purchased for alot of money because GGG cant fix their shit? You see how ridiculous this is starting to get?

I know this is Early Access but i've never come across an issue like this in any Beta test or EA. Especially when the dev is completely radio silent for weeks.
