My system spec:
* Windows 10 22H2 (build 19045.5131)
* AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
* 32GB DDR4 RAM
* AMD RX 7900XTX
* AMD Adrenalin drivers 24.12.1 (latest version; released 05.12.2024.)
* Steam version of the game.
Usually the game starts to hang. If i quickly pres Ctrl+Alt+Del it then blue screens and restarts.
It usually freezes every 20-30 mins.
In the spoiler section are the diferent error types of errors from the Event Viewer.
The error 0x000000000003b699 appears multiple times.
This happens with DX12.
DX11 works without crashing, but causes stuttering due to on-the-fly shader compilation.

Try disabling the integrated graphics - igp in bios. Once thats done, reinstall the amd chipset drivers from amd support. See if that works.
Still experiencing this. 9800X3D + 4080 super - at the point where I just ain’t gonna play til it’s fixed. I’m tired of bricking my pc. While some of the suggested issues have decreased the crashing, it hasn’t eliminated it entirely. Any load screen could be a crash. Tired of it. If the game wasn’t so godly I would have gotten a refund already.
I still have the same problem. The game crashes on me every so often. I have tried all the solutions mentioned in this forum, and after patch notes, the same thing still happens to me...

5800X3D doesn't have a IGP, that's only in AM5 CPU's.
You are correct. Maybe reinstall the amd support chipset drivers? Does you motherboard have a bios update available? For me, it was 1 of two things 1) bios update or 2: disabling the igp. I did reinstall the amd chipset after disabling igp. My system doesn't crash anymore playing poe 2.
