They did ban him...based on too high an APM (likely he, or his hired players, were using bots).

The game is frustrating enough, but with this bug ... its gamebreaking for me. I cant play anymore its just not fun.

yeah ill have to post a +1.. im having the same issue often on loading screen my whole pc freeze and i can't even open task manager to close the game i have to hard reset. please fix this..

This has to be the single most pathetic response by a developer to a problem that I can recall. Months of hard freezing PCs. Months of zero communication. Every streamer still kissing the ring. No one looking out for the people experiencing this literal-game breaking issue.

Couldn't agree more. We're now a week out from 60 days since EA was released and there has been absolutely zero meaningful communication concerning this. It makes it appear as if they are convinced it's not even a real issue nor worthy of having any resources allocated toward resolving it. This is a terrible look.

streamers didn't update their Windows, everything works just fine after rollback to Windows 11 23H2

Just adding my comment here that I'm having this issue too. I can't leave the first city because my PC reboot.
