Massive Latency Spikes

I too am having this issue. Game is
- unplayable
- therefore I am unhappy

Things I have tried.
1. verified all game files
2. uninstalled and re installed the game
3. tried differnet internet settings, wired vs wireless
4. tried VPNs
5. tried different GPU settings
6. removed all overlays in the game
7. tried changing my server location at main menu
8. tried changing server load-ins into zones

Nothing I do stops the constant jitter from 30-1000 ping every 2 sec.
It's the worst case of latency jitter I have ever expereienced.

Please Fix This!

I had no latency issues for the first many days of EA, however, for around a week, I've been experiencing crazy latency spikes at ALL TIMES during the day. Doesn't matter if it's early morning or late evenings, the lag remains a constant. Tried everything and nothing has fixed it. My connection is fine - confirmed by my ISP and no other online game having similar issues. Fix your shit.

Same issue as all the others in this thread. Connecting to the recommended server, and my latency keeps spiking from around 26 to 400 regularly every one or two seconds.

I'm excited to play this game, but it's unplayable. The constant freezing of my player, enemies, and projectiles every second or two is leading to motion sickness.

Playing on a wired fiber connection with no issues in any other games/streaming/chat/etc, this problem is unique to POE2.

Same issues here, a lot of stutters due to lag spikes, was fine yesterday but today its a lot worse somehow.

I've had this basically since the start of EA. First, I though it must be the GFX. I tried all the different settings, but 4090 kept fps around 80-144 just ok. Then I read that some people had stuttering because of CPU, but my 12700 hovers around 30-40% even while I get the stuttering in-game (white graph spiking through the roof).

I tried to change the network setting from auto to predictive and lockstep, but neither fixes the problem, maybe the lagging just changes behavior a bit.

I have the same problem. The latency varies greatly, periodically and constantly, my ping is approximately 13-16ms and suddenly it goes to 100-300ms. This makes it impossible to play. Please, fix it GGG. I love this game.

Same issue here as well. my ping will climb into the thousands(10k plus). nothing I have tried to do on my end has seemed to work.

Game is unplayable for around 2 weeks already. Tried everything. Most curious that in the night lag spikes stops (no problems in any other games at any time).
