Same here. Can confirm that reinstalling the game fixed it. I ran through the ruins as fast possible in case it would happen again.

Comecei a jogar o Ato 3 na hora ia entra no 1 mapa deus tbm.

Same happened to me. Creating a new character and getting to first town didn't fixed it for me. Dunno if waiting until map despawns is gonna fix it or should I reinstall the game.

Same happened for me, now I am not sure if making a new character and leveling it to A3 or reinstalling is faster...
