same issue fighting the big monkey in act 3

same issue on cutscene when we start Act3 - after loading location game crash everytime.
before i experience this crash on some bosses (colossus, Azarin) but change DX12 to DX11 helps everytime, now even this didnt help

how i solve this: play on another character until clearfell & this fixed
