Oh no. I got this same error as well. I can't go back to play my character. :(

Is there still no response from GGG?

Also seriously I don't see how my PC has a problem like this.

I have a 9800 x3d, a 4080, 64gbs of ram, and an 2 TB NVME ssd. If my comp can't run this that would be ridiculous.

Exact same problem - crashed in Act 3 Jungle Ruins and now I can't log back into that character. I keep getting the Buffer Underflow message and crashing to desktop whenever I try.

I CANT LOG BACK IN , BUFFER CRASH IN THE JUNGLE !!!

+1 Buffer Underflow cant log into character now. Happened after dying multiple time quickly to the Gorilla boss in Jungle Ruins

I could log in again. I created a new mercenary to wait for a fix, did a few quests, didn't like the gameplay and switched to my character stuck in the Jungle to give it a try again. It worked again, no more underflow error :)
