Same here i tried:
restarting pc disable multi threading as suggested in this thread currently trying: typing and waiting for instance (jungle ruin, near Silver) to reset. Dang he slap hard. EDIT: Waiting for the instance to reset works Last edited by Verschal#6739 on Dec 18, 2024, 3:16:10 AM

Just happened to me. Act 3 normal jungle, saw the monkeys and attacked at range, they started running towards me and got the error message and crash. Can't log into that character anymore.
Tried the multithreading off and verifying game files with no luck. Edit: I fixed it. I installed the game on my Steam Deck and tried it on that and it worked. I moved my character back to town to be safe and now it's fixed on my main PC. Last edited by Vol7ar#1603 on Dec 18, 2024, 3:41:44 PM

Same happened to me just now in A3 Cruel when entering Jungle and started to attack mobs.
Now cannot load into character. Will try waiting for instance to reset to see if it works again. EDIT: it worked. Just wait for instance to reset. Last edited by Gurdeh#1476 on Dec 18, 2024, 4:40:01 AM

+1, A3 Cruel when entering Jungle. "Buffer Underflow" Error, CPU goes from 20% to 100% usage when attempting to load into affected character.

Same issue, A3 Cruel Jungle (cleaned half of this rediculously big map :( ).
