Second time I’ve had this issue. It still is happening in the jungle ruins

Had the same, a boss hit me in the face with a giant stone statue and crashed

Tried verifying integrity of game files and running steam as admin with no success

Waiting for instance reset worked for me. I waited around 1h, don't know how long is needed but 1h was enough.

+1 in gothic city a few steps away from my starting area 100% crash
