I wanted to do as you recommended and recover the password, the link you provided is to recover the password for the assigned email, after confirming that I am not a robot (XD) I get the message "An email will be sent to your email address to reset your password" <<<< to which email if nothing is assigned?? XD

I managed to restore the email by redirecting it through another email, but I still have information that I do not have access to the game during early access, the account is connected with the mail with which I purchased the key, and verified with the Steam account I have been using for years.

Please tell me, JC_GGG and Drew_GGG, where did I play these 200 hours? where is my character and all progress saved?

If I skip further discussions, I will buy another key, even directly from you or on Steam on the account from which I am writing

Will purchasing another key give me access to this account?

BTW - in POE 2 I had a few cosmetic features (portal, pet) that were transferred from POE 1, so it worked fine
