Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

I was getting spikes and stuttering until I used a VPN. went from 50-300ms to constant 15-30ms.
Same issues as well.
I'm having this problem as well. It seems to only occur in certain areas. I took a video that replicated my experience.

First, in The Manor Ramparts, you see insane stuttering. Port to Red Vale, totally solved no issues. Back to The Manor Ramparts, back to stuttering.

Maybe there is a lot of instances in that area at this moment?

Disabling CPU0 did not work for me, but turning on a VPN did. The first location I tried on the VPN did not work, so try a few locations if it doesn't work at first
I am getting the same issue on ps5, it has made the game practically unplayable today. I am using fiber internet too and have no connection issues generally.
So I died once as someone suggested and it fixed it for me. My brother had to die a few times and it fixed it for him, but then he died again after and it started spiking with the 20-1000ms issue again so he tried dying a few times again and it fixed it. So if one death doesn't work, try a few times. (Of course not on hardcore) Hope this input helps. I also have fiber

same issue here. pretty much unplayable against some bosses with the stutter that bad. really frustrating
Same issue.

Absolutely a connection issue that is new since Dec 6th.

Not a framerate issue. Stable 9 ms. No issue with spiking anyway but network. It will go from 30 - 50 to 1200+ constantly.

This is new. I played several hours on Friday and Saturday with absolutely no issue.

I'm on ethernet. I disabled my firewall, tried a new LAN cable, reset my router, tried a LAN (multiple servers & providers), tried WIFI, etc. No change.

Tried on a whole different PC. Exact same issue.
Guys, try to disable global chat, it seems to have worked for me until now. I also disabled camera rotation effects on UI settings.
Also experienced this issue.

Switched from Dx12 to Vulkan and it immediately stopped happening.

Not sure if it's GPU dependant (I've got a 1080Ti), but I'd recommend giving that a shot.
