Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Since last week i have constant lag spikes. Ping going from stable 40-50ms to 300-2000ms and it keeps doing so.
Even when i just sit in hideout and do nothing.

Today i played 3 different multiplayer games to test this out, but nothing was happening there.
Had constant stable latency in every game, except for poe2.
Trying different servers, no results so far.
Hoping upcoming update will fix it.
So.
I had the problem with inputs lagging every few seconds for quite a while.
Today I updated my graphics driver and that fixed the issue.
Except it did not
what has fixed the issue was that my default Audio device was changed to HDMI.
I was so happy playing stutter free that I only noticed after several minutes playing.
So I switched my audio device back to my usual USB-DAC @32Bit 48kHz.
Even while being on the windows Desktop my mouse and keyboard started lagging again.
So I tried switching it to 32Bit 44.1kHz and now everything runs smooth.

What the hell.
I tried every method listed in this thread and for me it was my audio device.
Hope this helps someone although I somehow doubt it.

Would like to see the Source Code of the game for this to even occur.
My previous settings have never made any problems with any game.
So I'd assume PoE2 tries to do something with the USB device I/O which it can't do fast enough causing these spikes.

I wish I only got it in the evenings.

Nothing fixed for me with latest update. Still experiencing the same bullshit lock up and network latency infinite spike.

The frustrating thing for me, is that this game ran perfectly up until 3-4 days ago.

I have the same issue, its hit or miss. 1gig internet, more than adequate PC. I am a Network Administrator by trade, verified the issue is not on my end.
I play on California server and since today, I got these massive lag spikes and rubberbanding, what changed?
I get this issue only on my days off. So I solved it by playing during work hours
Makes me feel a bit better that there is 118 pages of this. Been driving myself nuts trying to debug the issue. Internet is not the issue. Getting rubber banding, freezes that lead to DCs, and with more enemies the problems compounds. I can even see if when I'm going through my stash or inventory. It freezes and jumps a few spots in the inventory. I really enjoy the game but it's very frustrating.
