Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Also having this issue for weeks now. Far worse during peak hours but happens all the time.

I can see Network spiking from normal ms to several hundred every few seconds. Picking a different server doesn't matter. The problem isn't on my end as this is the only game that does this.

It is infuriating. Nothing that has been suggested works.
Having network spike issues as well. (game Paused) pops up when it happens sometimes. Only game that has issues. Network is great. Tried many different fixes but nada.
Continuous jumps of thousands of milliseconds in latency. The game has been completely unplayable for days. I have tried all EU servers and I experience this on all of them. Interesting that on US servers, besides the latency due to distance, there are no such bounces. I live in Hungary. When I'm in the game and experience these continuous latency jumps I test my own internet connection while pinging different servers with a continuous 4-5ms connection speed. The fault is not in my device and connection. As the game is unplayable in this way, I consider this bug to be of utmost importance.
Didn't have those lag spikes for almost two weeks. Now they're back in full force and worse than ever.
I had those spikes for days at random time. I live in Asia and play from Singapore.
VPN helps.
The average ping will be slightly higher, but at least the game is playable. I use free vpn (cloudflare warp)

Massive stuttering and rubber banding in certain instances, doesnt go away on restart. Tried to google solutions and found people still complaining about this in poe1. To this day.

Lost all hope this will ever be resolved.
Today afert more than 300 h its the first time i have this lags :(
idk I think GGG must be doing something that pushes the servers right now.

Trade site constantly down, multiple maintenance msgs and lag spikes on all EU Gateways

Literally unplayable right now
Very good chance they are:
1) monitoring servers actively which is running intense logs. Think of it like debug mode which will eat up the ping on servers as it communicates to two receiving parties
2) patching servers actively with tweaks, filters, bug fixes and security. During those patches, you will be able to play but the lag would be horrendous as the patch roles out. I notice it is around the same time every night and that is after 12 am EST time. This lasts for around an hour and then clears up.

Push F1 and watch the green bar. If its peaking out flat lined up high, then you will stutter and lag. The game is NOT playable during this state. When the network calms down you can play again. It is unfortunate that the game is performing like this but it is expected during early access.

They are hitting capacity limits and issues they never noticed or had to deal with in PoE simply due to volume of users. Give it time and they will sort all of this out.

The biggest problem they will have is errors and bugs. When they hit errors server side, it can spam their servers making them struggle to function for everyone. Due to all the new code and changes, they are guaranteed to hit bugs

It's further evident that it's a serverside issue because you can sometimes fix these problems by force loading a new map. This doesn't help in endgame where it's not possible. I have just aborted a trial run because I would have certainly died during a lag spike. On the previous altar room I had no issues, and as soon as I entered the trial, the lag spikes started.

As soon as it's on a map to map basis, it's not a player problem anymore.
