Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

FPS Lock doesnt work for me :(. Insane lag spikes.

Hello friends. I encountered this problem of stutters, it is also present in the first part. So, I have an old video card, radeon rx470, and by the way, my computer is just like from the minimum system requirements) But I have no lags, freezes.

I am approaching the denouement, therefore, why am I writing this. Radeon has a program, adrenaline edition, if you have it installed, just in the game, press alt + r or your key combination to call the in-game radeon interface, go to the recording tab and start recording. After that, the game goes super smoothly. I don’t know what this is connected with, but friends, if anyone can figure it out and understand why this helps, please tell me, maybe it is possible to do something without this utility, since the recording memory is not eternal, and this is a very stupid decision.

I have the same issue with poe2, my isp is WiMax but only with poe2 have this issue

I also suffer from lag spikes, that are randomly (mostly in eu prime time) happening on each spawn on each location. Like I'm rolling lagging dice on each death and each location transition: sometimes ping is low and experience is smooth, sometimes instance lagging as hell with spikes from 100-300ms up to 5s.

Please GGG fix it. I have good PC and ok connection - no other game has that issues. If you need more data, please let me know, I can try to gather.

Hope they will fix optimization of the game, cause right now the fps issues and stuttering are super annoying and lead to death in many encounters like breaches, deliriums, rituals etc.
Even though recommended GPU for the game is: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 which is obviously better but its still super bad perfomance and is not enough for the game right now.

I've been playing since the release of Poe2 I've had nothing but constant stuttering and lagging issues, It's gotten progressively worse and worse the higher up in the campaign yet alone not even being able to achieve the end game yet due to the random crashes on loading screen scenes or places of a map even small mobs or big its all the same .. making my Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU running at full capacity totally freezing my whole machine to the point EVERY time I have to do a hard reset on my pc with the holding down the power button but this could cause a considerable amount of damage to my hardware as my rig is water-cooled in a loop I don't fancy it hydrolocking. when I'm having to do this a few times over and each time I want to TRY and play.. let alone having a 4070 super with 64gb 6400mhz ddr5 ram I shouldn't be experiencing these issues in both steam and game client must be a fix out here and yes I've checked out the trouble shooting guides lol
