Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

I had/have the same problem in POE1 for years and it started after some days in POE2. Never tried the new instance fix so thanks for this information. What fixed it for me in 99% of cases was using Mullvlad as a VPN. Which unfortunately turns POE into a monthly subscription based game...
GGG we need to have some kind of response at this point. This is getting ridiculous. Atleast add predictive network mode while you work on the issue.

Having the same issue now as most in here.

2080ti / 9900k

Been playing smoothly since day 1 launch with none of these problems and they just started today for me. I already have 50+ hours in the game problem free. Seems like yesterday's patch must have triggered something. My ping to the server is stable at sub 20ms at all time.

Steps I've Tried:

Current Nvidia Drivers (Even did a fresh re-install)
Have tried re-installing PoE2 completely and deleted all cached folders between install.
Have tried other servers outside of my own to no avail
Run game as admin
Tried Windows 8 Compatibility mode
Tried Direct X11 which marginally improved FPS overall but introduced massive stutter spikes along with it.
Tried using ExitLag to see if I could proxy the fix, still the same.

I've never had an issue with this system since the day I built it 5 years ago and this is starting to drive me nuts. GGG, figure it out please. Game is great and you've taken the crack-pipe right out of my hands :-(

i played entire campaign lag free and the moment i started doing waystones/maps everything started lagging. Literally teleporting around the map. What a disappointment.
When i play normally, i have zero ms issues. 10-15ms.

As soon as i start streaming on twitch, i will go above 1000ms. Never had this issue in any other game, nothing helps. Has nothing to do with my internet speed.
It's impossible to play. Loading screens take too long. When I try to switch areas, the game practically stops responding, I can still hear the sound, but it continues forever on the loading screen. And to make matters worse, even after all this, when I manage to play, after a few seconds the latency is crippling. Everything has gotten worse for me in this latest patch.
I'm not having any problems with other similar games.
I've tried all the solutions offered in this post and nothing has worked. What a disappointment!

Can't play - would love to play :/ (EU)

fps <15
ms 150-300

CPU melting out of nowhere ever since Dec10th, had zero issues during launch until Dec9th.

Wish I knew if it was something within my control so I could stop attempting to troubleshoot the issue or do I just need to wait for a POE 2 performance patch.

Good system, drivers up to date, 3080ti.

Some clarity on this issue from devs would be nice. All twitch streamers I watch are cruising around just fine. Wish I knew what was going on with this...
Im new to Path of Exile 2 and its constant stutter while maintaining 180fps. So ill assume this game is unplayable.

Same... game was running fine from day one... then yesterday i noticed it... now its unplayable to day.. sad
POTENTIAL FIX:
Under "Sound" options I set my "Channel Count" to Low.

Had to restart the game to take effect.

This dramatically improved stuttering for me.
