Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

So I changed to an ethernet cable, set my max cpu % to 95, disabled onedrive in that services thing(probably has nothing to do with this), changed to vulkan, and now the game runs great(minus the normal slowdowns when stuff gets hectic)

I do not get this game and engine lol

Hey, this is an odd thing, but for those on WiFi with this issue, can you confirm what network band your router is using? 2.4GHz or 5Ghz? (leftclick on the wifi connection icon on your taskbar and click properties, you should find it under 'network band')

I had this issue for a while, but we have dual-band router in the house, with two wifi connections setup for each type. The continuous stuttering and spikes only happens on the 5GHz network. The 2.4GHz connection is completely stable.

Can confirm that for me, on the 5GHz wi-fi, the game was unstable. It lessened somewhat when I switched to 2.4GHz, but I still get the sporadic freezes that kills my char every time it happens.
The only thing I've found to correct it is using Exitlag. They are offering a free 3 day trial currently. I've played for over 10 minutes without a single network stutter or rubber band. Previously, going 30 seconds without a stutter was a Christmas miracle.

Hopefully this can help some of the others having issues. It's a free trial that doesn't even require a credit card to use it. Just make an account, download, and try it out.

This is the only thing that's worked for me.
Also having this issue. Ping is go from 5ms (normal) and spike up to +200ms. Bounces up and down causing intermittent stuttering and rubber banding. happens during peak hours only. The people that I play with that live in that same city aren't having it happen so I know it's not server wide. Today I log into poe1 durring one of these episodes and the ping is pegged at 5ms. log back into poe2, it's starts right back up.

Any ideas how I can address this?
People that are just experiencing this during peak hours.... you are experiencing peak hours.

Many have this issue 24/7 since day 1. I get spikes just sitting in my hideout at 3am.

We are not the same
