Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Running 3080 with a 10600k and having huge stuttering problems on my sorc who is in lategame and running maps. But still having issues on that char in campaign areas (but not as bad as they are when on maps). I'm based in Oregon but have tried various servers, vpn, and hotspot settings.

No issues with any of my characters that are in the campaign.

My sorc had issues even when I used geforce now (which has assigned me to a 3060 it seems).

My friend logged into my account to test on his 7900xtx who is located in Austin and had no problems.

Apparently I'll have to leave this game... I wasn't a fan, but I liked it, but alas, this does not allow my friends and I to continue. Thanks, it was fun.
Have the same issue.
Ping can spike to 5000-8000 ms and character constantly dies on that spikes.
Can play normally only in night time.
After trying EVERYTHING under the sun to try and get it a little better to be playable. I think I found something that makes it better.

I changed my wifi from WPA3 down to WPA2.

My latency graph doesn't look like a heart beat monitor anymore and is sitting a a nice straight line with a hick up once in awhile.

Maybe this could help others? I'm still seeing if the problem persists but this is the best its been since launch for me.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....

It was MSI Afterburner's tool that is causing the worst 1%, crazy dips and stutters for me.

I unchecked all the boxes in the Monitoring tab within settings and I am playing in DLAA again - Highest settings. Hope this helps!

REMEMBER TO RESTART PC AFTER TURNING OFF MONITORING WITHIN AFTERBURNER!!!!!

Can we pin this post? You saved my life!

Go to the Wireless or Wireless Settings menu, then click on Security. Select WPA2-PSK from the encryption options.

So, I had tried everything under the sun; all of the various things which people posted, and it definitely wasn't my hardware... As soon as I turned off the vibration on my controller, the lag spikes completely disappeared.

I know that won't help non-controller users, but I offer this for anybody who does use one. It worked for me.

Glad it helped but I did try to just change my setting in windows like you said it didn't help. I had to change it in the router itself. (make sure you use a good hard password, as your changing the security of your router)

I thought it was just me, and have been scratching my head since early access started. All my other games run perfectly. No issues at all with the new black ops. Running NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER , and AMD Ryzen 7 7700x 8-core processor. I bought this game for my pc but since its unplayable I have to play on my ps5. No issues at all on PS5. You guys need to optimize the pc version. I'm not spending hours tweaking settings trying to get the frame rate up. It should just work.
But did the game kick you out on the login screen when you have this massive latency spike?

Because for me this is the major issue, massive spike and I got kick out from the server with the "unexpected disconnetion occured" error.

I think I try everthing, and I'm not even with Wi-Fi, I play with Lan
