PoE 2 - Inscribed Ultimatum of the Chimera Disappeared

Bump.

Same happened to me, however I did not use the quest dropped "Chimeral" inscribed ultimatum, I used one that I got from another drop somehow.

My game disconnected and I was put outside the trial again. I still have the quest drop, have not tried entering again as I'm fearful I'll be locked out like everyone else.

Bump. Still having this issue and only getting inscribed ultimatums that award no ascendancy points...

Just encountered the issue as well... normal ones says it will not grant me ascendency points. My character is bricked

I ran into the bug as well.
Item is nowhere to be found after I managed to get one run.

Now the item isn't in my inventory nor in the statue.
Cannot progress.

Just happened to me as well, picked it up after killing Chimera while progressing through Act 3, traveled to temple and it is gone from inventory.

I failed the trial and basically picked up the inscribed ultimatum of the chimera from the chaos altar, closing the trial door. After putting the Ultimatum in the altar again I was able to reopen the trial door.

I guess that is how it should work for this item specifically since it's a quest item?

The same problem happened to me, but I dropped another Ultimatum token from a common monster in The Manor Ramparts map.

Just had this happen to me and my wife doing couch coop....

We opened the door went in and wouldn't met us pick the first modifier saying "you must be the owner of the map"

We reloaded....the item was gone so we tried hers same thing now have nothing
