Me too, only my skull isn't greyed out, but I've cleared it and beaten boss.

I also didn't get the skull drop on cruel even after killing the boss a few times.

Same issue, but skull is still white on map. Cleared a 2nd time, boss doesn't appear anymore, so can't kill him again to try and get it.

Definitely have this bug on my 2nd character.
First one got the bonus, 2nd one I wasn't the instance owner so maybe that was why he didn't get it. |

Same issue for me. Killed the boss twice, no +30 spirit. The skull is still bright on the map.

It happened to me also now my Dmg has to suffer until the point I can’t progress to act 3 is there a possibility to get it?
