+30 Spirit not granted (King of the Mists, Gembloom Skull)

No +30 spirit drop for me that I can find after killing the King in the Mist (act 1) at least twice.

Same problem on my second character.

Somehow quest completed, but i still have only 30 spirit on my monk. Quest item didnt drop.
I've tried various tips from forum(start from hunting grounds ritual/ Didn't talk to Finn before killing King/check behind the tree thing/ etc)
Is my character bricked and i should start new one or there is an option to obtain +30 spirit?
